ReplyDeletehey ivan, travis here, i just came back from hk, when i was there all i ate was different kinds of noodle soup, i dunno, ive eaten a lot of noodle soups here in the p.i. but nothing can compare to the taste of the ones they serve in hk..hmm..maybe you know of any places here in the p.i who serves good hk style noodle soup?

in bohol, they call their pancit bam-i. it has bihon + miki noodles, topped with dried squid and tengang daga
ReplyDeleteThis post reminds me of the PCIJ article I came across years ago. It also dealt with pancit and noodles. Yum yum.
ReplyDeleteIloilo's pancit efuven is the least known among the 3 that came from the province since it just a generic noodle which you can use in a variety of ways.
